As you all know this smart phone has a great flexibility and a good and customize user interface that give it user great satisfaction. This device takes two micro sim and the sim 1 of this device only accept MTN card while any other sim can be used on the other sim slot. This give it users a little bit of discomfort.

· After you will be presented an interface such as the one you see below which contains five different tabs which are the main tab, unlocking tab, service tab, imel utility tab, and the setting tab,
· Now since we are dealing with unlocking, we shall click on the unlocking tab and configure as shown on the picture below. Click on the CPU type and select MTC then click on the next option down and choose device chip type which in this case we be selecting MTC SMART SPRINT 4G.
· Click on connection method and select flash mode then click on start to begin the unlocking process. Remember to hold down the correct boot of your device for the software to detect your device.
· Also make sure that MTK drivers are installed to established the connection between your smart phone and nck dongle.
· Once you click on start wait for your device to be unlocked.

After the unlocking is done your device will be able to receive sim card from other ISP you should now be able to use the 4G features on different sim cards. And also, every other restriction will be removed as well.
